Discounts & Deals Terms of Service Agreement

Using the Discounts & Deals Premium Membership service means that you have read, accept, and are in agreement with these terms and conditions.  

Member Benefits

As a part of a Premium Membership with Discounts & Deals, the Member will receive the following benefits:

Discounts and Deals from the Participating Businesses found on the Discounts/Deals page of this website.

Membership Dues.

Monthly:  You will be charged the Membership cost of $4.99 once per month on the anniversary of your application date.

Annually:  You will be charged the Membership cost of $29.99 once per year on the anniversary of your application date.

These Membership dues could increase in cost at any point in time in the future at the discretion of Discounts & Deals.  This increase in cost could be a result of the cost of providing these Member Discounts/Deals going up, as well as or in addition to the value that is being provided to the Member(s) increasing.  No formal notice is required before any raise in Membership dues is to occur.

Restrictions

The Member agrees that they will not:

Share their login information with non-Members.

Reproduce any of the information received as part of their Membership and share it with non-members.

Attempt to share their Member Discounts/Deals with non-Members.

Post inappropriate, inaccurate or offensive content to Membership forums, discussions, or any forms of media, such as facebook, instagram, etc.

Liability

The Member will not hold Discounts & Deals liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while participating in the Membership.

The Member agrees to indemnify and hold Discounts & Deals and its owner, officers, directors, employees harmless for any claims, damages, losses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from or in connection with the participation with this Membership.

Privacy

Discounts & Deals will not share any contact or personal information about the Member with other Members, non-Members or any third parties, accept where required by law. 

Membership Termination

Discounts & Deals has a right to terminate the Member’s Membership if any of the terms and the conditions of this Agreement are violated. The Member can terminate their Membership at any point and for any reason and will not be charged for their next billing cycle.  There are no refunds for Membership Dues.  Once a Membership has been paid for, the amount is non-refundable.   

Using the Discounts & Deals Premium Membership Service is confirmation that the Member has read, understood and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
